InWriting Solutions helps a Texas renter write a repair notice and, after payment, email that PDF to the landlord and send certified mail. The price is $19, paid once per notice. There is no subscription.

You can start a notice before you create an account. Saving a draft and the $19 purchase require an account. We mail a notice only after payment is confirmed.

You are responsible for the facts in the letter: the property, the person who collects rent, the repair, and your contact information. InWriting does not investigate the rental or decide whether a condition qualifies under the Texas Property Code.
