Privacy Policy

A notice stores the property address, the landlord or management name, the rent-payment address, the repair facts, and the signer’s contact and mailing address. That information is what the letter needs.

A notice is saved to your account after you sign in. Account sign-in is handled by Clerk when it is configured. Notices are not stored as a browser draft list.

Payment is handled by Stripe. InWriting does not store a full card number. Mail delivery, when purchased, uses the addresses you entered.

We use notice data to generate the letter, complete checkout, and mail the notice you paid for.

If you request the free checklist, we collect the email address you enter, which page you used, and the UTM parameters on that page link. We use this to email you the checklist and the later emails in that series, and to keep the checklist email list. You can unsubscribe anytime from the link in the email.
